1. What utilities are included in the rent?

Public Water (Pennichuck) and Public Sewer (Town of Boscawen) are included in all leases beginning after 10/1/2019.

3. Why do you require my ID just to see a unit?

It is Cityside's policy to require identification prior to viewing a unit, first and foremost, for the safety and security of our leasing agents. Furthermore, our policy is in compliance with federal Fair Housing laws since it is required of all prospective tenants.

4. Are pets allowed?

Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per unit.

5. Are outdoor grills allowed?

Yes, on the ground level.

6. Are Satellite Television Antennas allowed?

No.

7. Tell me about Boscawen schools.

Grade PK-5 attends Boscawen Elementary School. Grades 6-9 attend Merrimack Valley Middle School, and grades 10-12 attend Merrimack Valley High School. (See Boscawen website).
